Using A Content Editor
A content editor is a tabbed window displayed in Content Studio's work area that you can use to edit a content item. To open a content editor:

Double-click on a content item or select one and press
Enter
. It doesn't matter where you select the content item. You can select it in the search results list in the search panel, in a section inbox/list, in your clipboard or in a section page editor. -
Select File > New, and then select the type of content item you want to create from the displayed sub menu. The options available in this sub menu vary from publication to publication.
A content editor contains four main areas:
- Formatting bar

One or two toolbars at the top of the content editor
- Field panel

The main part of the window, containing a set of field panel tabs plus a related content area.
- Attributes panel

To the right of the field panel, may be hidden
- Publishing bar

At the bottom of the window
