Groups
This menu item displays the Groups form. It is only present when editing users, not when editing persons. Using this form you can:

See which groups the current user belongs to

Add the current user to groups

Remove the current user from groups
The form contains the following elements:
- Find groups

Click on this option to display the User Group Archive form, which is fully described in User Groups. A special additional link is displayed at the bottom of this form (Add selected persons to <group>) which you can use to add selected users to the current group. Select the required groups from the list and click on this link. The Groups form is then redisplayed.
- This person is a member of the following groups:

A list of all the groups to which this user directly belongs is listed here. Each group name is followed by a button. Click on this button to remove the user from this group. Note that if this user is the group's last remaining member, then the group will be deleted.
- View all groups

Lists all the groups to which this user belongs, both directly and indirectly. (Groups can belong to groups: see Groups.)
