How does the Newsgate plug-in work?

The Newsgate plug-in is divided into two separate components:

• An Escenic Content Studio plug-in

• A webapplication containing webservices for importing, exporting, previewing stories packes as zip files. Escenic Content Studio uses the webservice when exchanging content with CCI Newsgate.

  The webapplication also contains webservices for retrieving article details, importing taxonomies and urlresolving.
