Search

Search widget provides the facities of searching for published articles on the publication. You can search for published article in your publication. This widget have simple search view and advanced view. Through the advance view you can make search faster by providing words that you want to match, not match, exact phrase or by articles publishing date. You can configure this widget to suggest search items in the simple view.

This widget has three views:

• Simple form - this view takes only search words and search suggestions will appear in this view.

• Advanced form - this view is used for advanced search. User can set various field to shrink search scope.

• Search result - this view is used to show search results.

In order to use this widget, publication names must be indexed by solr. This can be specified from schema.xml of solr. After changing schema.xml accordingly, you need to restart the application server and regenerate the solr index.
