How to export widgets

Here are the steps to export widgets from a publication. Please follow this steps sequentially to perform widget export.

  • You need to install Widget Framework as a standard ECE plug-in.

  • Specify the export directory in /etc/escenic/engine/common/com/escenic/framework/EWFExportConfiguration.properties

  • Now click on WF-Syndication from web-studio

  • Then select Export Widget Framework Configuration option

  • Now you will find all the widget configuration section. you can choose which configuration section you want to export.

  • Then click on Peform Export

  • Be aware if there any error while exporting
