WF pingback service has been removed

Widget Framework had a pingback service. This is removed in the Widget Framework 2.0. Forum Plugin supports pingback feature. Widget framework has a pingback widget. So, if you want to enable pingback for your site you have to install Forum Plugin and Forum Pingback Server. Details of how to do this is described in the Forum Plugin Guide.
