Previewing an Overlay

You can preview overlays (see Overlays) as well as templates, and overlay previews work in more or less the same way: you need to drop some appropriate content in the Content field in the options panel on the right. An overlay preview, however, is different from a template preview in two ways:

  • No Preview with overlay option is not displayed in options panel

  • The parts of the preview that are generated from the referenced template and not modified by the overlay, are grayed out slightly, in order to highlight the effect of the overlay:
